CONTROL PANEL: SWITCHES AND ADJUSTMENTS
1.
CH A LEVEL (0.3V - 5V):
Input sensitivity of the
CH A
channel control. Set the knob to position 1. Use a CD as
source and increase the source volume until you hear distortion, then lower it slightly to eliminate distortion.
Increase the amplifier
CH A LEVEL
to optimize the output signal without distortion.

CH B LEVEL (0.3V - 5V):
Input sensitivity of the
CH B
channel control. Set the knob to position 1. Use a CD as
source and increase the source volume until you hear distortion, then lower it slightly to eliminate distortion.
Increase the amplifier
CH B LEVEL
to optimize the output signal without distortion.
3.
PASS MODE (HI-LO-FULL):
Switch to select channel A filter type. Select
HI
to get an output signal to
drive a MIDRANGE/TWEETER. Select
LO
to get an output signal to drive mono WOOFERS and
SUBWOOFERS. Select
FULL
to get a full range output signal. If a filter is set through this switch the cut-off
frequency should be set by adjusting the
FILTER
knob
(see section 4)
.

FILTER (50 Hz-500 Hz):
Adjustment of the channel A high-pass and low-pass filter cut-off frequency. By turning
the knob it is possible to vary the cut-off frequency from 50 Hz to 500 Hz @ 12dB/Oct. The operational range can
be extended from 50 Hz to 5 kHz via the switch

MULTIPLIER X1 - X10:
Select
X1
for a filter frequency range of 50 Hz-500 Hz for the channel A crossover.
Select
X10
for a filter frequency range of 500 Hz - 5 kHz for the crossover.

STEREO - MONO MODE:
Select
STEREO
to set channel A stereo outputs. Select MONO to configure bridge
outputs. In this setting Right is the active input and AL+ and AR- are the active outputs.
7.
PASS MODE (HI-LO-FULL):
Switch to select channel B filter type. Select
HI
to get an output signal to
drive a MIDRANGE/TWEETER. Select
LO
to get an output signal to drive mono WOOFERS and
SUBWOOFERS. Select
FULL
to get a full range output signal. If a filter is set through this switch the cut-off
frequency should be set by adjusting the FILTER knob
(see section 8)

8.
FILTER (50 Hz-500 Hz):
Adjustment of the channel B high-pass and low-pass filter cut-off frequency.
By turning the knob it is possible to vary the cut-off frequency from 50 Hz to 500 Hz @ 12dB/Oct.
The operational range can be extended from 50 Hz to 5 kHz via the switch X10 X1.
