5.2
Dialling numbers stored in the phone book
After you have stored a few telephone numbers you can call these very quickly and
easily.
1.
Press the button for the required phone book
or
. The display will
now show the first number in alphabetical order.
2.
You can now search for a number using the
and
buttons.
3.
You can switch between displaying the name and the associated telephone
number using the
button.
4.
You can exit the phone book by pressing either of the two phone book
buttons.
5.
Press the call button
and the displayed phone number will be dialled
automatically.

Changing numbers stored in the phone book
1.
Press the button for the required phone book
or
. The display will
now show the first number in alphabetical order.
2.
You can now select a number using the
and
buttons.
3.
Now press the
button and the number will appear in the display.
4.
By repeatedly pressing the
button you can now delete the individual
digits of the number.
5.
Then re-enter the changed phone number and confirm with the
button.
You can cancel the procedure at any time without making a change by pressing and
holding the
button.
Note:
It is not possible to change the name associated with a phone number
already stored. If the name is also to be changed, delete the number with the
incorrect name and then save the phone number completely afresh.
