Should problems arise with the telephone, please refer to the following information first. In the case of technical prob-
lems, you can also contact our hotline service, tel. 0180 5 001388 (cost via Telekom at time of going to print: 14 ct/min).
In the case of claims under the terms of guarantee, contact your sales outlet. There is a 2 year period of guarantee.

− The USB telephone is not connected properly or is defective.
− The PC is switched on,

− You have no more credit in your Skype account.
− The Skype status must not be set to Offline".
Connection is
disturbed or cut off

− Ensure the ringing tone volume is not set to OFF".
− The Skype status must not be set to Do Not Disturb" if necessary.
You cannot hear the
caller
− Check the configurations of the Skype options (Audio Devices).
− Adjust the receiver volume.
