Electromagnetic interference
Most modern electronic devices are shielded against interference by radio
frequency energy. However, this does not apply to all equipment. Therefore,
observe the following:
Do not use the Bluetooth
t
headset in the vicinity of medical equipment without
having verified that the Bluetooth
t
headset does not interfere with it. If you use
medical equipment such as a heart pacemaker or hearing aid, refer to the
corresponding information in the operating manual provided with your Bluetooth
t
devices.
1.3
Potentially explosive areas and detonation areas
Switch the equipment off in potentially explosive areas. Although it seldom
occurs, an electronic device can produce sparks. Sparks can cause an explosion
or fire in such areas, leading to major or even fatal injury. Also switch the
equipment off in detonation areas or areas with a
switch off 2-way communication
sign to prevent influencing detonations.
