Important information

Fault finding
If you have any problems with your answering machine, please check through the
following points. For claims under guarantee, please contact your dealer.
The guarantee period is two years.
If you have technical problems, our service hotline number is 0180 5 00 13 88.
Answering machine cannot be switched on
Check whether the mains adapter is correctly seated in the mains socket. Check
whether there is power at the socket.
The message bL flashes in the display
The battery is discharged and must be replaced. If the power fails, your greeting, all
recorded messages and the day and time announcement will be deleted.
No messages are recorded
Check whether the telephone cable is properly connected to the TAE telephone
socket.
Delete messages to recreate memory space.
The slide switch on the rear may be in the "GREETING ONLY" position. To record
messages, this switch must be in the "REC." position.
