After playing messages
After playing the last message several beeps are issued. Now more functions can be selec-
ted within 20 seconds.
Delete all messages
Press key sequence 3" and #"
Record new outgoing message
End recording
Press key sequence 7" and #"
Press key sequence 7" and #"
Record memo

Switch answering machine on or off *1)

*1) If answering machine is switched off, you have to let it ring approx 10 times until remote mode is
activated.
Insufficient memory capacity
If there is no memory left for new messages,
Su
is displayed and the answering machine will no lon-
ger accept calls.
1. Call your number and let it ring 10 times. Your answering machine will respond with several
beep tones.
2. Enter your remote access code. You will hear one beep tone in confirmation and you now have
the possibility of recreating more memory space by deleting messages.
3. To do this, first listen to the messages and then delete individual messages or all messages.
