AUDIOLINE FF894-2 BASE UNIT FUNCTIONS
To record the message (OGM1) do the following
:

Press and hold the
[OGM1]
button until a long beep tone is heard.

State your message clearly (maximum 30 seconds).
#
To stop recording, press the
[STOP]
button. The system will then playback the
message for you to check it.
NOTE:
The OGM2 message should state that there is no space left on the
answering machine memory for any more messages, therefore you cannot leave a
message at this time. If OGM 2 is not recorded the unit will answer after 16 rings.
OGM2 is used when the memory is full and also in “announce only” mode.
To record the message (OGM2) do the following:

[OGM2]
button until a long beep tone is heard.

State your message clearly (maximum 5 minutes).
#
To stop recording, press the
[STOP]
button. The system will then playback the
message for you to check it.
