Getting Company Portal Logs
Company Portal logs can be helpful to network administrators when there are issues with
signing in to Teams from the phone.
Logs can be gotten using one of two methods:

Getting Logs via the Phone

To get Company Portal logs via the phone:
1.
Reproduce the issue (logs are saved to the device so you first need to reproduce the issue
and then get the logs).
2.
Log in to the phone as Administrator and then go back.
3.
Select the
Debugging
option under Admin.
4.
Select
Company Portal login
.
5.
Select the icon located in the uppermost right corner of the screen, shown in the next
figure:
