15. TROUBLESHOOTING
If your device fails to function as required, please try this checklist first. Perhaps it is just
a small problem that you can resolve yourself.

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself under any circumstanc-
es. If you cannot resolve the fault, please contact our service centre.

Does your television use the ARC function?

On the menu of your television, do you have to switch over to
the output of an ARC signal? Consult the instructions of your
television.

Has the playback of the audio signal been set to PCM sound?
Controlling the
loudspeaker
from an app is
not possible

Is the app Chromecast enabled?

Is this version of the app Chromecast enabled?

Is the 2.1 Sound System in standby?

Are both devices within the range of a good quality WLAN?

Close and restart the app.

Look in the help function of the app.
No reaction to
any type of but-
ton commands

Is the remote control battery flat? Replace the battery if neces-
sary.

In this rare case, the device requires a restart. Disconnect the
device from the mains power supply for a few minutes before
you switch it back on.

If necessary, reset the device to factory settings using the
RESET
button.
Loud buzzing
