Guarantee conditions
Attract Sweden AB Org.nr 556314-7627
1. ATTRACT SWEDEN AB gives a two year guarantee for Treadmill: Attract HMT-1030
2. The guarantee is valid with the following conditions:
a) If service and repair are required, the treadmill shall be returned to Attract Sweden AB:s
assigned service centre. Our support shall always be contacted as soon as a problem is discov
ered for further agreement. tel: +46(0)20 - 220 220.
b) Attract Sweden AB:s technical service has the right to decide the most
suitable method of repair.
c) The guarantee is not prolonged as a consequence of any service/repair/change of product.
3. Attract Sweden AB:s guarantee is only valid when it can be shown with the original invoice
or receipt of payment (which shows date of sale and model) together with the faulty treadmill
from Attract.
4. Attract Sweden AB:s guarantee does not concern or cover damage caused by any modification
or adjustment to the product, without previous written authorization from Attract Sweden AB.
5. Attract Sweden AB:s guarantee is invalid if the product’s serial number has been changed,
removed, has disappeared or is shown to be invalid.
6. This guarantee does not cover any of the following occurrences:
a) Damage as a result of:
- inappropriate use: (a) wrong use of the product with intentions that are inappropriate or that
go against instructions for use and maintenance and (b) installation or use of the product in a
manner that disrespects technical norms or safety norms, (c) outdoor use.
- Accidents, lightening, water, fire, inappropriate ventilation or Force Majeure and other reasons
that are beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- Faults in a system that is connected to this product.
b) Attract Sweden AB: reserves the right to perform any repairs in its own workshops for
technical service.
