HOPPER EMPTY / HOPPER REFILL
This section describes, how to handle a hopper empty
situation.
When the hopper runs empty during a cashout, the
machine behavior depends on the settings "Service
Menu / Setting / Hardware / Hopper / Empty Procedure"
and "Service Menu / Setting / Hardware / Hopper /
General / Hopper Refill".
HOPPER EMPTY PROCEDURE is set to
"If hopper is empty, left amount is handpaid".
1. Carry out a handpay of the remaining cashout
amount (as indicated on-screen) and reset the
handpay message by turning the jackpot key.
2. The messages CALL ATTENDANT - HOPPER EM-
PTY is displayed. This message can not be cleared
via audit key or the jackpot key.
3. Open the hopper drawer (see previous page).
4. Refill the hopper and check that no coins have fal-
len into the cabinet. Remove all foreign objects from
the hopper drawer area.
5. Close hopper drawer and maindoor.
Note : Internal casino rules for coin handling may
require additional tasks not described in this
procedure.
