Local Loopback
Pressing Loopback button on top panel of WireSpan 610 or find the
function in Menu-tree of WireSpan 600. The local lopback returns the data
sent by the local user’s equipment towards the local user’s equipment. The
loopback is performed by connecting the data port transmit signal to the
input of the data port receive path, within the data port interface of the
local Wirespan 600 / 610. Signal paths are shown in
Figure 4-2
.
This test checks the connections between the local WuireSpan 600 /
610 and the local user’s equipment, and the local data port interface.
