Assembly
Step 1:
Place components on flat surface. Align plastic nut (C) with bolt (B) and
rotate towards the right until fastened in place.
Step 2:
Slide shim (I) onto bolt (B). Place decorative ring (D) on top of shim.
Step 3:
Screw tube (E) onto bolt (B) to secure.
Step 4:
Fasten locking bolt (G) to small nut (F) on side of tube (E).
