碎裂的磨片
如果打磨片碎裂了，操作者一定要仔细检查找出根源并改正。
如果在使用过程中磨片发生碎裂，应迅速通知工具制造商和磨料制造商。

维护

防锈和内部清洁

压缩空气中的水份，灰尘和磨损微粒都可能引起工具生锈，叶片和阀门等
产生粘滞现象。
这可以用滴几滴润滑油在工具里并空转工具5-10秒钟，并用布擦去多余的
油来解决。长时间不用工具前进行此操作。

检验

本设备装有一只斜齿轮，该齿轮使用半流体润滑脂进行润滑，以确保获得
良好的耐磨性。润滑脂应在运行约 1000 小时之后重新加注。
重新加注之前首先清洁加油嘴。
要获得准确的润滑性能，请使用 Urethyn GE00 半流体型润滑脂。润滑脂
的规定量最大为 17 立方厘米。正常润滑脂消耗量为 10 毫升/1000 运行
时。注油枪将以每按下一次 0.25 毫升的速度加油。

不能使用滚球轴承油质或底盘油脂。

加注润滑脂过多将产生高温。多余的润滑脂可以通过塞孔排出。
