Speaker Placement
Speaker Placement
Left
Center
Right
Subwoofer
Front Speaker Array
should be
placed as close to ear level as
possible. Place the Left and Right
speakers about 6-10 feet apart.
Surround Speakers
should be placed directly
to the sides of the seating
area and approximately
3 feet above the listener’s
ear level. Dipole is best
setting here.
Subwoofer
placement is
dependent on room
size and shape.
Experiment to find a
location that
produces the
smoothest response.
Surround Back Speakers
should
be placed approximately 3 feet
above the listener’s ear level. Either bipole
or dipole setting will work well here.
