ADJUSTING THE LCD CONTRAST
After mounting the telephone to the wall, you may find that you need to adjust
the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) contrast, i.e., change the viewing angle of the
display, if so, please follow the steps below.
Press the SET key followed by the number 7 key, the LCD will show “Lcd con”,
using the * and # keys will change the LCD contrast i.e., the viewing angle.
When you reach the desired level, press the SET key to confirm. You can quit
at any time by pressing the speakerphone / headset key.
RECEIVING CALLS
Incoming calls will be announced by the audible ringer and flashing LED. To
answer the call in Handset mode simply lift the handset, to answer the call in
Speakerphone or Headset mode, press the flashing button.
MAKING CALLS
There are three different methods to generate a call
• Pick up the handset, listen for dial tone and dial the number you wish to
call
• To make a handsfree call, press the speakerphone / headset key followed
by the number you wish to call
• To make a call whilst using the headset, press the speakerphone / headset
key followed by the number you wish to call
It should be noted that making external calls from a company exchange
(PABX) may require the number to be prefixed by an access digit, normally ‘9’
ENDING CALLS
• If you’re using the handset, simply return its normal position
• In handsfree mode, press the speakerphone / headset button
• In headset mode, press the speakerphone / headset button
