Possible faults
Before each fault elimination:
−
Switch off device
−
Wait unitl the saw comes to a stop.
−
Pull out power plug
After each fault clearance, put into operation and recheck all security installations.

Allow motor to cool and proceed working with less
pressure
Work piece jammed when pushing
forwards or backwards

Saw blade blunt
•
Hold the work piece firmly and cut off the motor
immediately. Replace then the saw blade.
Burned spots at the cut areas

Saw vibrates

Saw blade is warped

Mount saw blade properly
Recuperating mechanism of the jigging
device does not work

Recuperating spring broken or worn out

Recuperating bolt popped out from its bracket

Replace the recuperating spring

Insert the recuperating bolt in its bracket and secure it
with a cotter pin
Decelaration too slow (time to dead stop
>10 sec.)

Motor brake defective

Brake disk worn
