11. Installation of limit switch
a. Raise the lift until the max. height (see technical data).
b. Mount the limit switch (1) to the angle and adjust it by means of the fitted nuts in that way, that it will
activated in this position.
c. Make a function test of the limit switch.
d. Lower the lift to a height of 400 mm above the floor.
e. Mount the CE-Stop (2) to the scissor and adjust the stopping mechanism in that way, that it will be
activated in this position.
f. Make a function test of the CE-Stop.
12. Final function test
a. Check the stability of the anchor bolts
b. Check the synchronization and light barriers
c. Check limit switch for function
d. Check buzzer when reaching CE-Stop
e. Check oil level
f. Lift a load of appr. 2000 kg appr. 1.0000 mm
g. Following lower the load into the first notch (appr. 500 mm)
h. During further lifting check the synchronization and readjust if necessary.
i. Lower the load and mount the still missing covers.
13. Fill in after installation the enclosed checking book.
This information will be needed at a possible service case.
For an optimal corrosion protection we recommend to make a cavity sealing.
Furthermore a suitable silicone for the gaps must be used.
