Before daily use
Make sure that

2.10 Final work
Before commissioning, check all fastening screws, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic lines
and tighten them if necessary.
Caution: Some of these must be checked at regular intervals and tightened if necessary.
2.11 Oil filling and venting
Do not operate the pump-motor unit without oil.
This may damage the pump.
Oil filling and bleeding
1. Remove the oil filler plug and fill approx. 5 liters of the recommended hydraulic fluid into the tank.
2. Set the power switch to 1 to switch on the wheel gripper
3. Set the mode selector switch to 1 to set the wheel lift to single mode.
4. Raise the fork to maximum height and add more hydraulic fluid until the tank is full.
5. Lower the fork completely
6. Open the bleed screw of the cylinder by turning it counterclockwise.
7. Close the bleed screw again when fluid flows out
8. Repeat this procedure to completely bleed the hydraulic system of the other wheel grippers
