You can click on the fields in an alarm report to display screens with more
information about the alarm. See How to Get More Report Information.
Custom Reports
You can create customized alarm reports on the Report Builder Screen.
Error Reports
Error reports display error data about faults on the PBX. They are specific to the
hardware layer currently displayed on your screen and provide the following
information for that layer:

What faults exist
■
Which ports are affected
The Fault menu allows you to select a report that displays errors for:
■
All the errors for the hardware layer that is currently displayed
■
Only the errors that are not specific to the hardware you are displaying
Svc State
The current service state of the station and
trunk port:
■
RDY = ready for service
■
OUT = out of service
■
IN = in service
■
Blank = there is no service state associated
with the port
Ack?
Indicates whether INADS has acknowledged the
alarm.
■
y = yes
■
n = no
■
Blank = the alarm has not and will not be
reported to INADS
Date Alarmed
The month, day, hour, and minute the alarm
condition occurred
