SMT problem are the main cause of SD card detection.  
1.

Probe SD_CARD_DET (R2212.2) to check if it pulls high (1.8V) when tray is 
inserted. 

2.

Check U2201 for cracks, short circuits, SMT problems. Also check: 

SD card: 

CON2206, CON2202

, SIM card: 

CON2204, CON2203, for any 

squeezed and bending pins. 

3.

X-ray to check all RLC components inside shielding U3002. If not, reheat the 
shielding, and retry.
