8. CPU, CPU optional, and chassis fan connectors; M.2 fan connector, water
pump+, and AIO pump connectors (4-pin CPU_FAN, 4-pin CPU_OPT, 4-pin CHA_
FAN1-3; 4-pin M.2_FAN, 4-pin , 4-pin AIO_PUMP)
Connect the fan cables to the fan connectors on the motherboard, ensuring that the
black wire of each cable matches the ground pin of the connector.
• DO NOT forget to connect the fan cables to the fan connectors. Insufficient air flow
inside the system may damage the motherboard components. These are not jumpers!
Do not place jumper caps on the fan connectors!
• Ensure to fully insert the 4-pin CPU fan cable to the CPU fan connector.
• Connect the pump cable from the all-in-one cooler (AIO cooler) to the AIO_PUMP
header, and connect the fan cables to the CPU_FAN and/or CPU_OPT header(s).
• function support depends on water cooling device.
