This jumper is set by default, pins [1-2], to enable the onboard
Broadcom BCM5703 Gigabit Ethernet controller to support 10/100/
1000BASE networks. Set to pins 2-3 to disable the controller.

4. VGA setting (3-pin JVGA1)

This jumper is set by default, pins [1-2], to enable the onboard the
onboard ATI Rage XL VGA controller. Reset to pins 2-3 to disable the
