Audio Player
The phone is equipped with a high quality
audio player for digital music les.
To start the audio player
1. Press the menu button on the keypad to
display the main menu screen.
2. Use the joystick to highlight the
Media
Center
icon.
3. Press the enter key to display the media
center menu.
4. Use the joystick to highlight the
Audio
Player
option
from the list and press the
enter key to con rm.
The audio player opens.
5. Press the left soft key
to select
Option > Play List
and display a list of
available digital music les.
6. Use the joystick to highlight a music le to
play and press the enter key to select it.
7. The enter key and the up, down, right, left
joystick keys act as play controls. When
you push a key, the corresponding on-
screen symbol lights up.
Joystick key assignments are as follows:
Enter/ Up Joystick: Play, Pause,

Left Joystick: Reverse,

Right Joystick: Fast Forward,

NOTE:
You need to connect earphones to the earphone socket
on the bottom of the phone to listen to music les.
Adding music fi les
To add music les to your phone you must rst
connect the phone to a computer with digital
music les.
Connect the phone to the computer USB port
using the USB cable provided.
The when the phone is connected to the
computer it will appear in Windows Explorer
as a removable disk drive (the internal phone
memory).
Drag and drop your digital music les to the
Audio folder in the internal phone memory. If
you add les to folders other than these, you
will not be able to play them with the phone’s
audio player.
Editing Music Files
You can play a le, view le details, set a le as
a ringtone, add or remove les, or control other
settings related to the playlist, the list of songs
played by the audio player.
To edit music les:
1. From the main menu, select
Media Center
> Audio Player > Play List
.
2. Highlight a le, then select
Option
.
