Fault
Possible cause

Motor oil loss.
Reducer catches are dry.
Contact the nearest distributor or
authorised technical service.
The lift does not turn on.

Main switch turned off.

Lack of power supply (230 V).

Failure in the electronic board.

Worn electric motor brushes.

It is a faulty lift.

Check that all the switches
are in the on position.

Whistling is heard, the
moving step does not
move, as if it did not
