Ensure the free end of the supply hoses are passed through the recess in the bottom left hand

side of the carcass of the rise and fall unit.

Connect the end of the supply hoses with the Conex fitting to the tap connectors.

Fit the tap levers:

Remove the handle caps, to reveal the fixing screws; fit the spline adaptors and levers to the tap

bodies. Care should be taken to ensure that the lever assemblies do not foul the tap bodies. If a

lever fouls the tap body, it needs to be adjusted. To do this, release the large brass nut on the

underside of the basin, tighten the chrome ring fitted to the tap body until sufficient clearance is

achieved. Once fully adjusted, re tighten the large brass nut.

Test the water supply:

Ensure the isolation valves are

CLOSED

. Place a bucket or suitable container below the plug hole

of the basin. Open both basin taps fully and then slowly open each of the isolation valves, wait

minutes, then examine the supply system for leaks, correct as necessary. Close the isolation

valves.

Fit the white plastic lower cover:

Remove the mushroom heads from the plastic rivets and place aside, fit the bodies into the six

holes in the frame

Remove the P Trap and straight coupling from

the waste assembly

Feed the free end of the flexible hose through

the cut out in the lower right hand side of the

frame, leave the waste assembly in position

sccure with cable tie supplied.

Fit the lower cover taking care to position it

correctly

Refit the rivet heads, push each of the

mushroom portions of the white plastic rivets
