1. Place chair base (B) on flat level surface.
2.
(SEE FIGURE 1)
Attach chair frame (A) to chair base (B) with bolts (F), lock washers (E),
steel washers (D) steel metal plates (C), and nuts (G) using nut wrenches (H).
Align as shown in image extraction.
