Touchscreen HMI & PLC interfaced by removable power block
& serial cable allowing for simple, convenient and cost effective
replacement if HMI is damaged. The D+ (white) & D- (green)
leads doe signals from sensors connected to COM3 while
ethernet cable is for MODBUS TCP & remote access.

internal connections are pre-wired from factory as shown above
with only power connection required to start commissioning.
The logged data is stored on the 32GB USB flash drive that can
then be readily removed & downloaded to a Windows PC for
further analysis & workup. Please see the datalogging sections
of this manual for additional details and instructions.
The isometric angle bottom input view is shown in the photo to
the left with the lid closed to protect the HMI and maintain the
NEMA 4X rating of the assembly.
The sealing caps on the NEMA 6P rated HiQ4FP panel mount
connectors for the smart digital HiQDT MODBUS RTU sensor
inputs should be affixed if not in use. Similarly all of the factory
installed
½
” NPT cable glands should have the provided sealing
cap affixed when not in use to maintain NEMA 4X waterproof
rating for assembly.
