1 Description
Die Load Link KAK-F is a compact measuring device for the determination of loads in wire rope and
cranes.
With the assistance of shackles, hooks and master links the load link can be completed to a
crane scale.
The display of wireless remote control FFB 102 displays the load applied. The load link operates
independently of mains and its operation time with a fully charged battery
amounts to at least 100 h.
The load link KAK-F and the
wireless remote control
FFB 102 communicate wireless on a pre-assigned digital
radio address. This allows the usage of many units in the same area without cross communication.
After switching on, the FFB 102 indicates the address for 2s seconds. The KAK sends out the current
load value with a transmission rate of 2 per second. After switching on of the FFB, the FFB and the KAK
synchronize itself. 8 time slots are available altogether. If a time slot is used, than another is applied.
The initial synchronisation of both devices takes 4-10 sec, if the KAK has been switched on first.
Otherwise it can take up to 20sec, due to activated the sleep mode of the FFB 102.
Always use the antenna delivered with the KAK. If the system is exposed to strong electrical fields data
transmission might be disturbed.
