If your touchscreen does not respond
after you turn on Mercury:
Check that the touchscreen is not cracked,
scratched or damaged, and that nothing is
pressing on the touchscreen.
If your mouse and keyboard work properly,
check that the TSHARC driver is loaded. Restart
Mercury by selecting
Turn Off Computer
from
the
Start
menu and then choosing
Restart
.
If this does not solve the problem or if you need
assistance in following these instructions, call
ATI Technical Support (1-800-793-9227).
If you have a problem connecting other devices:
Make sure that the device is properly
connected. Try unplugging and plugging in the
device again.
If the device requires its own power, check to
see that its power supply is plugged in and
turned on.
Check to see if the device requires any software
that needs to be installed.
If that doesn’t work, contact the device manufac-
turer.
If your switch input doesn’t work:
Make sure the Mercury Control Panel is running
and is loaded as a startup item.
If that doesn’t work, restart Mercury.
If you have a problem with a software program:
Contact the manufacturer of the software.
If you have other problems:
Look at the information in Windows help for
instructions and troubleshooting information.
If you have a problem with your Internet
connection:
Make sure the telephone line is connected and
the line is working properly.
Contact your Internet Service Provider.
