Possible malfunctions and methods of their elimination
Following information will help You to find out and to eliminate the most widespread
problems of hardware and software that You may meet.
If below-described problems appear, at first You should try to solve them by Your own,
using given recommendations. If given advices will not help, contact support service of
TM ASSISTANT or specialists of the authorized service center.
Before doing something, check:
t connecting of the power adapter to the network and to the tablet PC;
t if the malfunction remains after disconnecting of all external devices;
t if the system has been adjusted correctly.
If You have made mistakes while device adjusting, or if You are not sure that changes,
which You have made, are correct, try to restore original system settings.
To restore settings, follow such instructions:
1) press the key for turning out to the main screen; 2) press the key and
choose «Settings» in the tab «Applications» ; 3) open the paragraph «Recovery and
reset» ; 4) choose the point «Reset» and follow instructions.
If there are fails in working of external devices (like USB flash-drives, microSD cards),
connected to the tablet PC, the problem is usually caused by these external devices. First
of all, check devices for operability and contact their manufacturer, if it is necessary.
