STEPbake feature can be used as an extension to the PRObake
system. This function allows you to select all settings manually.
In one cooking process, up to three different successive cooking
steps can be combined. By selecting the heaters, temperature,
and cooking time, you will cook and brown your dishes just the
way you like them.
• Touch the STEPbake fi eld to display the fi elds for three
successive steps: Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3.
• Touch the Step 1 fi eld to access settings of the heater
combination, temperature, and cooking duration.
• If you with to change the combination of settings after a certain
time, do the same for Step 2 and Step 3 (ADD STEP).
• Touch the START symbol to turn on the oven. The oven starts
operating immediately, with the settings de fi ned in Step 1. After
the cooking time de fi ned for the Step 1 elapses, Step 2 and
then Step 3 are activated, if speci fi ed. The oven will complete
the cooking process at the set time. An intermittent acoustic
signal will be heard which you may turn off by touching the
display. After one minute, the acoustic signal will be switched
off automatically.
The process of preparing food in your oven can be ended in two
ways:
• Touch the
STOP symbol to stop oven operation. The settings
menu will appear where you may change the parameters and
touch the
START symbol to start a new cooking process.
• Touch the ON/OFF sensor to switch off the appliance.
