area of the wood log and the splitting wedge.
• The fronts of the chipped wood must be as straight
as possible on the support plate and cannot slip to the
side.

wristwatches.
• Wear protective clothing.
• Keep constant attention during work: Risk of injury to

• Use a suitable support tool to split heavy large pieces
of wood.
• Tool change, adjustment, maintenance and
troubleshooting may only be performed with the
engine switched off. Disconnect the mains plug from
the mains socket!
• Upon completion of repair or maintenance, all
protective and safety devices must be refitted
immediately.
• Place the splitter on a flat and non-slip surface before
use. Provide sufficient space for free movement.
Never use the splitter in the rain.
• The mains voltage must correspond to the data on
the type plate.
• If you use a cable on a take-up reel, unwind the entire
length of the cable to prevent it
heating (max. cable length 10 meters).
• When working outdoors, the electrical outlet must be
equipped with a circuit breaker.
• The piece of wood being processed must be placed
on the support surface of the splitter in a stable position
