ASCENSIA DIABETES CARE MAKES NO
OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR
THIS PRODUCT. THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT,
DESCRIBED ABOVE, IS THE ONLY OBLIGATION
OF ASCENSIA DIABETES CARE UNDER THIS
WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ASCENSIA DIABETES CARE
BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF
ASCENSIA DIABETES CARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
also have other rights which vary from State to State.
