Procedure
1) Completely eliminate pressure in the pipe, and completely
discharge fluid from line.
2) Turn off the solenoid valve, double acting and air to open
will left opening, air to shut type will right opening.
3) Remove the actuator according to Procedure 3) to 8) in the

the recess on the union of either of the right-hand side for
the "double action type” type and "air to open type” or the
left-hand side for the "air to shut type”. Then, adjust the
surface pressure by rotating the union.
9) Attach the manual handle to the stem, then turn it for 180
degrees to set right-hand for "double acting type” and "air to
open type”, or left-hand for "air to shut type".
10) Remove the handle from the body.

the recess on the union of either of the left-hand side for
the "double action type” type and "air to open type” or the
right-hand side for the "air to shut type”. Then, adjust the
surface pressure by rotating the union.
12) Attach the handle for manual valve to the stem, and
confirm that manual operation can be performed smoothly.

Assembly
>
1) Perform in reverse order from step 7) of "Adjust surface
pressure".
* When attaching the actuator to the valve, confirm that the
direction of the opening display of the actuator and the
direction of the opening indication label at the top of the
