It is

If the Beacon holder is opened:
You have one minute to close it on the
child to supervise.
If the Beacon holder is closed :
You have one minute to open it and
close it on the child to supervise.
Once this connection established,
the child wearing the Beacon is
under the supervision of your
smartphone.
Warning : never turn your
smartphone on airplane mode
during monitoring.
