Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Appliance interrupts
during a boiling or
self-cleaning process.
Power failure.
All warning LEDs are
flashing accompanied by
an acoustic signal.

The unit is off after
a power failure in

The water feeding unit is
removed.
The brewing head is
removed.
The waste water
tray is full.
The waste water tray is
removed.
Fill the water supply with fresh cold water.
Switch the appliance on by use of
the On/Off switch at the back of the
appliance. The appliance is performing
a self-test afterwards. It can be reused
once all LEDs are on.
Restart the appliance. If problem per-
sists, please contact the Arzum OKKA
customer service.
Insert water feeding unit into the
appliance.
Apply the brewing head to the appli-
ance.
Empty and clean the waste water tray.
Insert the clean waste water tray into
the appliance.
