The ZA series uses a toroidal transformer based Linear

Power Supply and new ‘state of the art’ Power Amplifier

Integrated Circuits, offering unprecedented amplifier

and load protection.
This is coupled with our ‘Headroom Enhance’ circuitry

based on our core ISC error correction technology,

developed by ARX and incorporated into all our Power

Amplifiers.
It provides maximum power output levels under all AC

mains supply voltages and rated load conditions, elimi-

nating Output Stage clipping.
Comprehensive Protection circuitry - a re-settable High

Current switched protection circuit instantly discon-

nects the speakers if a potentially damaging signal is

detected. New Input delay muting circuitry eliminates

Version Options

VR:

 (Standard) For installation applications where tamper-

proof operation is required, the VR version features rear

panel accessible multi turn level controls.

VF:

 Where user adjustable level controls are required

The ARX ZA 600 is a 6 channel power amplifier, ideal for

any installation requiring multiple amplifier channels.

Individual pairs of channels can be switched to run as

single bridged mono channels for greater output into 8

ohm loads.
Our exclusive AutoLink design allows all 6 channels to be

linked as required.
Inserting a lead into Channel 1 input will automatically

route that signal to all the other channels as well.

However, if another lead is inserted into the Channel 3

Input, the link will break and start again, routing the new

signal to channels 3, 4, 5, and 6. Inserting another lead at,

say, Channel 5 will do the same.
In this way the ZA 600 can be easily and quickly config-

ured for single and multiple zones without requiring a

zone splitter.
Power Output is  100W RMS per channel/8 ohms, 125

W/4 ohms, and Bridged /8 ohms 250 W per channel pair

The ARX ZA 400 is an 4 channel power amplifier, ideal

for paging systems, Foreground and Background music

systems, A/V surround systems, Loudspeaker Multi-

Zoning and other installations requiring multiple amplifi-

er channels. Individual pairs of channels can be switched

to run as single bridged mono channels for greater

output into 8 ohm loads.
Our exclusive AutoLink design, first seen on the ARX

Multi Q parametric equalizer, allows all eight channels to

be linked as required.
Inserting a lead into Channel 1 input, for example, will

automatically route that signal to channels 2, 3, and 4 as

well.
However, if another lead is inserted into the Channel 3

Input, the link will break and start again, routing the new

signal to channels 3 and 4.
In this way the ZA 400 can be easily and quickly config-

ured for single and multiple zones without requiring a

zone splitter.
