8. TROUBLESHOOTING

set to "Dolby Digital" or others.
Set Audio Output on Setting on
your TV to "PCM".
Please contact the customer
service or seller.
Keep closer to the transmitter.
Remove obstacles between the
transmitter and headphones.
Keep the transmitter away from
the TV. Wifi routers and other
wireless transmitters.
Play TV sound again and restart
the headset. Or do a phone test
(refer to 6.1) to make sure
whether the headset works.
The adapter not work since
power light is not on.
100ft / 30 meters is a straight
distance, the distance through
the wall will be shorter.
Other wireless devices will
interfere with the signal of
headset.
Headphones will automatically
switch OFF if no audio signal or
too weak sound received in
3minutes. So if no audio input
or too weak, will turn off.
Signal is shielded.
