Installation

Assembling the XY Autosampler

Needle Installation

Locate the accessory packages containing the needle (part number 
G1811-23200) and the needle holder/guidekit.

When installing the needle, refer to Figure 7 that shows where the needle, 
needle holder, and needle guide are installed on the XY autosampler.

To install the needle guide:

Place the metal lock washer onto the needle guide.

2

Screw the needle guide with lock washer into place on the bottom side of the 
needle foot.
