Battery Housing/Battery Pack/Transfer Plate 

These instructions describe the procedure for inserting the battery into the battery 
housing from the AR-300.

Non-sterile Circulating Nurse 

1. 

The Sterile Technician holds sterile battery housing upright and 
places the sterile transfer plate on top. 

2. 

The Non-sterile Circulating Nurse places the unsterile battery down into 
the housing through the sterile transfer plate until it is fully seated. 

3. 

The Non-sterile Circulating Nurse then removes the sterile 
transfer plate, and the Sterile Technician closes the sterile battery 
housing door. 

3a - The assembled battery is now ready to be placed on the 
handpiece.
