Before cleaning, always disconnect the main power and ensure
that the far infrared heating panel has cooled. To clean, use a soft,
damp cloth, and a small amount of dish detergent. Never clean the
far infrared heating panel and power supply cable under running
water.

YOUR WARRANTY IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE
Your Art of Heat unit is manufactured to exacting
standards compliant with multiple quality certification
standards. Your unit also contains emergency inbuilt
temperature overheat protection. We take pride in our
products and providing you with a standard 60 months of
coverage. Claims made between 24 months and 60
months require a $150.00 USD handling fee per claim.
Customers who purchase an extended warranty at the
time of purchase get 120 months of total coverage and
DO NOT EVER have to pay $150.00 USD handling fees.
Both the standard 60 months and the extended 120
months respectively represent the “Warranty Term”.Our
warranty does not cover misuse or improper installation
but does cover defects in materials and workmanship
during the Warranty Term.
