Examine the Port Setting:
Remember to access the properties of your printer (Start>>Printers and Faxes>>
and double-click the icon to enter).
Make sure the port of printer is correctly configured.
Access sub menu
“Ports”, and click to select the correct port for your printer.
Click
“Configure Port to examine the COM port setting.
Click “OK” to exit.
