Water may be reboiled at any time after the Water Heater & Dispenser has entered COOL 

DOWN.

TO REBOIL

1.  Press REBOIL/COOL DOWN once. The Water Heater & Dispenser will begin to reboil 

the water and the BOIL indicator light will illuminate.

2.  The warm temperature selection will remain at the previous level. To change the 

temperature, press TEMP SET (°F) to select desired temperature.

3.  Once the water reaches a boil, the Water Heater & Dispenser will automatically switch 

back to your selected temperature. The BOIL indicator light will turn off and selected 

temperature (150°,185°, or 210°) indicator light will illuminate.

4.  The Water Heater & Dispenser will keep the water at the chosen temperature until the 

unit is unplugged or until REBOIL/COOL DOWN is pressed twice.

TO COOL DOWN

1.  Once the water has come to a boil and has switched to your selected temperature 

(150°,185°, or 210°), press REBOIL/COOL DOWN twice. The selected temperature 

(150°,185°, or 210°) indicator light will turn off and the COOL DOWN light indicator will 

illuminate.

2.  While in COOL DOWN, the water temperature will slowly drop to room temperature until 

REBOIL/COOL DOWN is pressed.

USING REBOIL/COOL DOWN

• 

Never operate the Water Heater & Dispenser if the amount of 

water is below the MINIMUM line.

•  Never fill the stainless steel water tank past the FULL mark or below the MINIMUM mark 

on the water level indicator, otherwise it will boil over or cause damage to the unit.

•  Do not open the lid while water is boiling. Hot steam may cause scalding.
