Flow

 

Regulator

1. Shut

 

off

 

the

 

steam

 

and

 

water

 

supplies.

2. Open

 

the

 

outlet

 

shut

 

off

 

valve

 

and

 

nozzle

 

(if

 

equipped).

3. Remove

 

the

 

water

 

flow

 

regulator

 

cap.

4. Using

 

a

 

24mm

 

wrench

 

remove

 

the

 

water

 

flow

 

regulator

 

assembly.

5. Remove

 

the

 

retaining

 

clip

 

and

 

unscrew

 

the

 

spindle.

6. Replace

 

worn

 

o-rings

 

and

 

lubricate!

7. Re-assemble

 

in

 

reverse

 

order.

8. Check

 

for

 

leaks.

9. Perform

 

initial

 

temperature

 

start-up

 

procedures

 

on

 

pages

  

9-10.
