The REVIDR characteristics are:
Purpose
Provides implementation-specific minor revision information that can
only be interpreted in conjunction with the MIDR.
Usage constraints
The REVIDR is:

a read-only register
•
common to the Secure and Non-secure states
•
only accessible in privileged modes.
