Side Guard and Patient Security Grip
(3 steps)
The side guard, which prevents the patient falling to the side and
the patient security grip, which the patient can hold, are integrated
in a hinged bar.

Lift the bar upwards.

Hold the side guard with one hand and the patient security
grip with the other.
(See Fig. 2)

First lower the patient security grip away from the patients
head, then you can position the side guard.
Powered Backrest/Hook Rope
(5 steps)
Both ends of the stretcher can be used as a backrest and can be
raised and lowered by an electric motor via the hand control. The
hook rope, which guides the backrest has to be fixed to the
selected side of the stretcher (backrest) either before or after the
patient has entered the stretcher.

Attach the hook rope to the button head on the stretcher.

Check that the tap in the hole

fits the notch in the
button

Move the button head to the narrow part of the key hole.

Turn the hook upwards and make sure the hook rope is
fixed

Double check the hook fixation.
NOTE
Make sure the patient is positioned correctly on the
stretcher.
