Alarm Mute
– Press the Alarm Mute button to mute an alarm, the alarm will be silenced for 15 minutes. The
indicator remains on but the alarm is muted. Press the button again to terminate the mute state manually.

Contraindication
Do not use Alpha Active 5 system for patients with unstable spinal fractures. See IFU for full description.
Patient/Resident assessment
The Alpha Active 5 system is for use with patients ranging from 40 kg (88 lb) to 200 kg (441 lb). See IFU for full description. If the
patient does not meet these criteria an alternative equipment / system shall be used.

Lock/Unlock
– Press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds to lock or unlock. Lock mode will engage after
