Installation Instructions -

NOTE!
All  work as described in the following text must be done by a qualified 
person.

  Changing the ignition element

1.   Remove the yellow cover.
2.  Disconnect the two grey wires to the ignition element.
3.   Remove the four screws that holds the housing to the flange and carefully  

split the stoker. 

4.   Remove the two screws on the bottom, under the stoker.
5.   Unscrew the screw that holds the element and take the heater element out  

of the coned tube.

6   Replace the element.
7.   Refit in reverse order. 

  Changing light sensor

1.   Disconnect all three cables on the stoker.
2.   Remove the three brass nuts holding the cover, and pull the cover backwards.
3.    Disconnect the white wires from the terminal block (no. 17 & 18) and pull the 

sensor out of its hole to the left of and beneath the ventilator.

4.   Push the new sensor into the hole until it gets stuck. Be sure to align it  

perpendicular to the surface. Reconnect the wires on the terminal block and 
refit the cover.

  Dismantling the screw feeder

1.   Disconnect the cable on the feeder motor.
2.   Remove the plastic hose between the feeder and the stoker. 
3.   Loosen the socket head cap screw under the motor, pull the motor straight up 

and away.

4.   Remove the two screws holding the flange roller bearing.  

Pull the feeder screw out. 

5.   Refit in reverse order. Be sure to get the socket head cap screw into the groove 

of the motor axle.

NOTE!
When an ignition failure occurs, don’t open the hatch until the combustion 
chamber is properly ventilated!
