If the water comes out cold
This product conforms to Directives RoHS 2 2011/65/EU - REACH 1907/2006/EC.
It is normal for some water to trickle from the device during the heating phase. To prevent water from trickling, an
expansion vessel must be installed on the flow system.
If the dripping continues even after the heating phase, have the following checked:
- the device calibration;
- the pressure of the water mains.
Warning: be careful never to obstruct the device’s discharge outlet!
Make sure to check:
- whether the terminal board is powered;
- the PCB;
- the heating components of the heating element.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and check the following:
- the PCB;
- the level of limescale build-up in the tank and on the components.
Make sure to check:
- the pressure of the mains water;
- the condition of the deflector (jet breaker) on the cold water inlet pipe;
- the condition of the hot water inlet pipe;
- the electrical components.
